Victoria Nagel is a German Attorney-at-Law specializing in criminal defense, advising and representing individuals and corporations in investigations and criminal proceedings across the full spectrum of criminal law.
She completed her studies at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main with a clear focus on criminal justice, a specialization she then consistently pursued during her legal clerkship. Following the successful completion of the Second State Examination and admission to the German Bar, she joined our firm in July of 2025.
Her extensive experience in a leadership position within the legal department of a Frankfurt-based family office have also significantly shaped her expertise in economic and legal matters. In this capacity, she was involved, inter alia, in the management and structuring of various financial products, assumed responsibility for compliance matters, and oversaw the legal affairs of numerous entities within the corporate group.
This diverse background enables her to quickly grasp complex, high-pressure situations and develop clear, strategic solutions where legal, financial, and reputational risks intersect.
As a criminal defense lawyer, she is known for her sharp analytical approach, strategic thinking, and uncompromising commitment to protecting her clients’ rights.
Victoria advises both domestic and international clients in English and German.
She is a member of the Offenbach Bar Association, the German Bar Association (DAV), as well as the regional Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and remains closely engaged with current developments in criminal law and practice.
